Puja Harika is the Director - Strategy & Supply Chain of Elior India, a subsidiary of France based Elior Group. Elior is a premium contract culinary services company and a global player in the contracted food and support services industry. With a team strength of over 4000. Elior India serves around 2 lakh meals every day to employees of Fortune 500 and leading Indian and multinational companies. Elior India is one of the top three players in the Indian food services industry.

Puja was instrumental in Elior’s entry into the Indian subcontinent. She is a part of the core team and has successfully completed the acquisitions of MegaBite Food Services and CRCL for the Elior Group in India. Apart from her role as Director Strategy, Puja has recently taken over as the Lead for the Supply Chain transformations in Elior India to streamline and manage the strategic initiatives in procurement).

In her previous stint, she was responsible for M&A and Corporate Strategy initiatives with Altran Technologies, a global engineering R&D services company. Prior to that, she was working with the Technology Strategy Practice of PWC, India.

Puja has a Master’s degrees in Business from Manchester Business School and is a Graduate in Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune. She is a gold medalist with a double Master’s degree in Business Studies and her specializations include Global Business & Finance.
